ARROWVIEW CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC
A friendly, helpful chiropractic office that has been in the same location, serving the surrunding communities for the past 30 years. Our two doctors have vast clinical experience and specialty certifications. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
All new and returning patients are seen for consultation, history and physical examination initially. The problem and the proposed solution are discussed with the individual prior to treatment being initiated.
We are proud to provide a clean modern facility for the highest quality chiropractic health care available. For your comfort and privacy, therapy is provided in individual treatment rooms. There is abundant on-site parking. Our staff is fluent in Spanish
Our clinic is a 3500+ square foot, free-standing building located at 980 North D St., just south of the Manpower office (10th and D St) and north of the central city area of San Bernardino. D Street is a major north to south traffic and bus arterial. Our office is just a few blocks from the Fifth St. or Baseline exits on the 215 freeway.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit insurance claims and forms, including claims for auto accidents. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need. Forms of payment accepted by the office are debit, check, cash, or any major credit card. We are affiliated with Kaiser Health Plan through ASHP, United HealthCare, American Chiropractic Network , Secure Horizons, Blue Cross, Medicare, and others. Call our office @ 909 884 1277 and we will give you the info about deductible, co-pay, number of visits, etc.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
